Practical information

Talks
Invited talks are 30 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion.
Contributed talks are 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for discussion.
Projector connectivity: VGA, HDMI.
As far as possible, please download your presentations to the computer provided by the organizers in order to avoid delays.

Posters
The poster session will be held on Thursday afternoon. The poster space is located outside the conference hall. We invite presenting authors to display posters on the first day of the conference in the morning. We kindly ask participants displaying posters to remove them at the end of the conference on Friday.
Poster format is up to A0, vertical.

Food and coffee
Lunches and coffee breaks are provided free of charge during the three days for all the participants of the workshop. Lunches will be served at the university canteen in the “Students’ Culture Zone” (Strefa Kultury Studenckiej, building C-18; after leaving D-20, move slightly left and follow straight ahead). The participants will be provided with lunch vouchers at registration. Canteen drink ("kompot") served in glasses and bottled water is included.
Coffee breaks will be organized in the space adjacent to the conference hall (near the poster space).

Guided city walk
We invite you to take part in a guided city walk throughout the historical city center of Wrocław. The walk will start at 18:00 on Wednesday and the meeting point is on the Cathedral Island (Ostrów Tumski) at the back (East side) of the Wrocław cathedral, in front of The Bridge hotel (at the column in the center of the square). Other
A cloakroom is available at the entrance to the D-20 building.

The members of the local groups will be happy to help you if you encounter any problems.
